Rham Equipment has over 35 years of experience in producing specialized mining equipment. To date, we have supplied over 2000 units to the underground mining industry, both hard rock and coal.
Rham Equipment is a Level 3 BBBEE(Pty) Limited Company, formed in 1980 to produce specialized roofbolting equipment for underground coal mining industry in South Africa.
The Company has achieved a level of business commensurate with its well proven reputation for quality and service and maintains and improves an ISO 9001 quality management programme in order to further endorse this position.
Within our ultra-modern factory we are able to build you a machine tailor-made to suit your requirements from concept to commissioning in just 12 to 16 weeks.
In 1994 Rham Equipment extended its range of equipment to cover the hard rock section of the market. Our product range is supplied to coal, gold, platinum, chrome, diamond and all of the base metal mining industries.
Today, we have extended our range of mining equipment to include load haul dumpers, face drilling rigs, long hole drill rigs,dump trucks and roofbolters.
For the material handling section of the underground mining industry we produce hydrostatic belt conveyor drives, material transporters that include scissor lifts, explosive carriers and material cars, built to customer specifications. These can beoffixed design or on a cassette principle design.
